05The seal

Change one record. Every record after it stops verifying.

Each sealed record is hashed with SHA-256, and each hash includes the hash of the record before it. Edit a word in one record and its hash changes, so the next record no longer matches, and nor does anything after it.

06The card

The card. Steel, if you like.

Branded NFC cards, with a QR code for phones that won’t tap. Three finishes: PVC, brushed stainless steel, and black brushed stainless steel. When someone leaves, their card is reassigned from the dashboard and works for its new holder straight away.

The trust strip

Clone-firm fraud, where criminals pose as a genuine authorised firm, took more than £78m from UK consumers in 2020, according to Action Fraud figures published by the FCA.[1]

Every CX3 card can carry the registrations that prove who you are: FCA or SRA where you’re regulated, Companies House, ICO, certifications. Each one is checked against the register by CX3 before it appears on a card.

10What we don’t claim

We make the record. You make the judgement.

CX3 does not make a firm compliant, and no software can. We build records designed to hold up as evidence: dated, attributed, sealed and chained. Whether those records satisfy your firm’s obligations is your firm’s judgement, not our claim. CX3 Digital Ltd is registered with the ICO. It is not regulated by the FCA or the SRA.
