The conversations nobody types in.

Your people have hundreds of conversations a year, at events, at dinners and in lifts. A fraction reach the CRM. Not because they don’t matter, but because logging them is a chore that loses to the next meeting. CX3 gets them in without asking anyone to log anything.

If they can reply to an email, they can use it.

After a card is tapped and the visitor shares their details, your colleague gets an email: who they met, and a prompt to say what was discussed. They hit reply. Two or three lines, from their phone, in the taxi. There is no app to open, no dashboard to learn and no password to forget.

Friday catches the rest.

Not every conversation starts with a card. Every Friday, CX3 sends each colleague a short digest asking about the conversations that didn’t. They reply to that too. And if a write-up is still missing six days after a tap, one reminder goes out before the record seals on day seven.

The record is delivered by signed webhook to HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Clio, through Zapier or Make.

The contact reaches your CRM as soon as it is captured. The write-up follows when your colleague replies, marked as unsealed. On day seven the sealed record arrives, carrying the consent wording and the seal hash. If your CRM is unavailable, a durable queue keeps retrying.

A card worth handing over.

PVC, brushed stainless steel or black brushed stainless steel, in your branding, with a QR code for phones that won’t tap. Nothing for the other person to download. When someone leaves, their card is reassigned from the dashboard and works for its new holder straight away.

Forgot the card? The pass is in their phone’s wallet. Same link, same record.

Three CX3 cards fanned side by side: matte black PVC, brushed stainless steel, and black brushed stainless steel.

The note your team writes is the minute compliance is asked for.

The same email reply that fills your pipeline is sealed after seven days and printable as a standalone minute. A sealed record is not impossible to alter; what the chain guarantees is that an alteration is detectable. Your compliance team gets a record of how each relationship began without asking your people for anything extra. One product, one budget line.

They will read

Memory is not a record.

See it on your own cards.

Half an hour. Bring your head of BD and your compliance lead to the same call if you can. It is the same product for both.

Your role

By submitting, you agree that CX3 may use these details to contact you about a demo and about the product. We don't share them with anyone else, we won't add you to a marketing list, and we delete them after 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by replying to our first email.
