CX3

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy covers the cx3.uk website itself — what happens when you browse it, not what happens when someone taps a CX3-issued card. That's a separate flow, covered by its own consent notice at the point of use, and by the Data Processing Agreement we hold with each client.

Who we are

CX3 Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17418537, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What this website collects

cx3.uk does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is logged or stored by us.

The "try it" name field on the live product preview runs entirely in your browser — anything you type there is never sent to us or stored anywhere, it just updates the on-screen demo.

If you get in touch by email, we'll hold that correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, and no longer.

If you've received a CX3 card from someone

If a business you've interacted with uses CX3 and you've shared your details after tapping their card, that data is controlled by them, not by us — we process it on their instructions, under our Data Processing Agreement with them. You can ask for that record to be deleted at any time via our delete my data page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. For anything relating to this website directly, contact us at hello@cx3.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how your data has been handled.

Changes to this policy

If what this website collects ever changes — for example, if we introduce analytics in future — we'll update this page to reflect that accurately.
